Hello all my fellow fishes,
I have some good news. Several months ago and several times, I requested prayers for my sisters. Well, my sister, Jill is back in church and getting closer to the Lord...praise His name! My sister, Lynn, well....I REALLY requested that you all pray for her. I do believe all our prayers are being answered. To try to put it as simply as possible, she made a statement to me yesterday and said, "Al found God and I lost Him" and she was crying. I said, "He didn't move, so just come back". She's going to try to work things out with her husband and keep her family together. She said that she knew she was being prayed for because she could feel it. PRAISE THE LORD - AMEN! We had a good talk and will be spending the evening together. She still needs prayer because she's hurting very deeply. Please continue praying for her, that she heals. Thanks! After work, we're going to spend some quiet time together and plant some mums at our great-grandparents and Gram and Pop's graves. Hey, Bonn, I found some fall pansies!!! We wanted to add some color and put something there that will continually grow just like the love of family that we want to continue to grow. We know they aren't there, but it's symbolic of the love we all still carry in our hearts for them. I wanted to put some on my uncles, too, but didn't want to step on my aunt's toes, so I will just "stop by" and make sure it's been weeded, etc. I miss him the most! God heard all our prayers for Lynn and He's answering. At some point, she broke down, had to face the truth, and had a decision to make. Praise the Lord that she made the right decision. To my wonderful brother-in-law...I love you, UA and I'm still praying for you to get through this. It's going to be a long road, but there's a lot of folks to help. Whew!!! It amazes me how this situation pulled my immediate family together. The love is stronger than even I knew. Now all we need to do is pray for Norm, Chuck,Sonny, Joe, Nicole, and Eric. OH!!!!!!!! I almost forgot!!!! I have requested prayers for my son Jason, too. He was angry with me and wouldn't talk to me for 2 years. BONNIE!!!!!!!! He called me and we had a long talk, but didn't bring up any negatives. He's going to be a Daddy!!!! Yup! Grandchild number 2, folks! He's called a couple times, I've e-mailed his wife and got a response...even mailed her a card to tell her I was thinking of her and wondering how she's doing. I have my son and daugher-in-law back in my life... AND a new grandbaby to look forward to. WOW!! Isn't our God an AWESOME GOD???!!!! So, to all of you wonderful brothers and sisters of mine, it is so true that God answers prayer. It's also true that the family that prays together stays together. Mine needed a lot of prayer. Thank you all, again, from the bottom of my heart. I know this post is long, but since you all were praying for us, it's only right that you be told just how God had been working with my family, and just how wonderful I think you all are. May each and every one of you have a glorious day, and you are all in my prayers today and everyday. I love you and praise God for all of you. Bonnie, stop crying... :) I love you!!!
Forever in His hands,
Bg
