It's a cold, dark Halloween evening, and Doc Falkingham's doorbell rings. He goes to the door and answers it. Standing directly in front of him is a plain but very well-dressed kid, saying "Trick or Treat!" Doc asks the kid what he's dressed up like for Halloween. Without so much as a grin, the kid says, "I'm an IRS agent." Doc scratches his head. Then the kid takes 28% of his candy, turns around to walk away and doesn't say "Thank You."
